Yellow Camo Crew: Introducing Trevor Crunelle

We have a great team at On Purpose Adventures and I'm excited to have the opportunity to share more about them in this newsletter.

Trevor Crunelle has been with us since the summer of 2021. He has facilitated a variety of Cohesion Culture™ programs with clients ranging from the credit union space to manufacturing.

As The Growth Coach he collaborates with individuals on achieving whatever goals they set for their company. Together with clients, Trevor steps back to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, map a strategy for growth, and monitor progress until all client goals are met.

Can you share a favorite adventure with our readers?

One of my favorite adventures is white water rafting. It is high energy and thrilling, but reinforces the need to follow directions, communicate well and work in synchrony with the rest of the team.

What attracts you to On Purpose Adventures?

On Purpose Adventures does a great job of facilitating activities that are fun and engaging while teaching some important, basic principles that help you become a better leader and team member.

What is something that gives you PURPOSE?

A while back, I discovered that my "Why" is to empower individuals to reach their full potential. Fulfilling that "why" is what gives me purpose.

What is your favorite team building activity to facilitate and why?

My favorite team building activity to facilitate is the Trust Ring. It looks very difficult and the participants are usually skeptical, to start with. Watching the team come together, gain confidence, and reach the goal is very rewarding.

Do you have any upcoming adventures planned?

I don't have any big adventures planned right now. I just returned from a trip to Iceland, and one of the highlights of that trip was snorkeling between tectonic plates.
