I have no hesitation when saying it was the definitive highlight of the week... The impace of what On Purpose does has gone so far beyond out summit. There are people that were teamed up who work a few desks away from one another in the same building and never really had much of a conversation. Since out team building activity in Charleston (Scavenger Hunt), the lines of communication and sense of camaraderie have vastly improved. This even goes for folks who work half a world away - conference calls with our peers are a bit more jovial now that we've had the chance to get to know one another in such a fun and dynamic way.

Our team had an amazing time doing the CODE BREAKERS team building activity. It was fun and challenging and helped us learn a ton about our teammates. It is a game designed for in-person, virtual, or hybrid workforces.

On Purpose is a well run operation that allowed our group to gain insights into Charlestons storied history while exploring the city on foot in an effort to complete the Holy City Wanderer scavenger hunt and win our Company Challenge. The technology was very user friendly and helped to improve the overall experience with fun challenges, some involving taking pictures and videos with our team. Definitely a memorable experience and one that I would recommend!

The scavenger hunt around Charleston was a great experience. My competitive side kicked in when we were divided into groups and had to race around downtown Charleston to solve clues. It was not like any other scavenger hunt I had ever done before. I had to rely on my teammates with their knowledge and skills to assist with figuring out the locations of places in Charleston. I learned so much about Charleston that I did not know before after the scavenger hunt was over. My team did not win but I had a tremendous amount of fun. I would participate in this scavenger hunt with On Purpose Adventures again if I had the opportunity.
